We offer one on one mentoring programs discussing several topics relevant to the professional and corporate environment, from self-awareness to leadership, equipping young professionals to accelerate their career and personal growth. Our program is divided into 6 modules, with 6 topics each, comprising 36 weeks across a year.

All our mentors have an extensive professional experience in senior management roles, and in training and mentoring hundreds of professionals worldwide.

We have experience in several industries such as Construction, Property, Real Estate, Consulting, Retail, Manufacturing, Imports & Exports, Technology, Innovation, IT, Education, Public Services, Philanthropy, Charity, and Religion.

We have lived and worked on 4 different continents and in countries such as US, Brazil, the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Australia.

We have collaborated with organisations with annual revenues going from a couple of hundred thousand dollars a year up to several billions of dollars, from a team of a couple of partners up to tens of thousands.
